Items eligible for an exchange
- Rings: The size is inaccurate, and you wish to have a bigger or smaller size
- Handbags: the colour is not what you expected
We can exchange an item if:
- The item is damaged during the delivery process
- The size is inaccurate, and you wish to exchange for a smaller/bigger size.
- The colour is different from what you had envision
Steps for an exchange:
- Send us an email at email@example.com explaining:
- What item you wish to exchange
- The size, the colour, etc. you wish you have.
- You need to provide a proof (pictures) at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Let us know (the date and time of the arrival of your item).
- The item need to be sent back in the original package, including the Thank You card, the business card, and the packaging of the actual item.
Our team will get back to you within 48 hours.
No refund or exchange for the following items:

- Items marked as FINAL SALE
- Worn Items and damaged
